1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in Mastering the Art of Functional Blood Chemistry (“Course”), you (“Student”) agree to these Terms of Service and any future modifications. If you do not agree, do not enroll or access Course materials.
2. Enrollment & Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to live sessions, on-demand videos, downloadable resources, and the private community. Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing your login credentials is prohibited.
3. Payment & Fees
Course fee is as posted at time of enrollment. Early-bird and payment-plan options are offered as described on the sales page. All fees are charged in USD, and you are responsible for any transaction fees or taxes.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may request a full refund within 21 days of purchase provided you have not completed Module 2. After 21 days or completion of Module 2, all sales are final. To request a refund, contact [email protected]
5. Intellectual Property
All Course content—videos, slides, worksheets, and proprietary methods—is owned by the Course creator. You may view and download materials for personal practice only. Copying, redistributing, or reselling any content, without prior permission, is strictly prohibited.

7. Student Conduct
Treat instructors, guests, and fellow students with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the private community and possible termination of Course access without refund.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, share login credentials, or misuse Course materials.
9. Modifications
We may update Course content, schedules, and these Terms at any time. Continued access after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
