1. Overview

By purchasing the Blood Chemistry 101 Holiday Bundle (“the Course”) and/or accessing the Blood Chemistry Spreadsheet (“the Spreadsheet”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms form a binding agreement between you (“the Participant”) and Fundamenta Wellness, LLC (“the Company”).

2. Included Materials

Your purchase includes:

  • Lifetime access to the Blood Chemistry 101 online course.

  • Lifetime access to the Blood Chemistry Spreadsheet (non-transferable license for individual use).
    All materials are for educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, you must request it within seven (7) days by emailing [email protected]. Upon refund, all access to the course and spreadsheet will be revoked.
After 7 days, no refunds will be granted under any circumstance.

4. Spreadsheet License & Use

The Spreadsheet is provided for personal or professional use by one individual practitioner.

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the Spreadsheet or its content (including templates, color coding, or formulas) is strictly prohibited.

  • Access may be revoked without refund for unauthorized sharing or commercial redistribution.

  • The Spreadsheet is a licensed digital asset, not a medical device or diagnostic tool.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, PDFs, slide decks, and spreadsheets are the intellectual property of Fundamenta Wellness, LLC. Copying, reproducing, or republishing content without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

The Course and Spreadsheet are for educational purposes only. Information presented is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always refer clients to qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that the Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or outcome related to the application of information from the Course or Spreadsheet.

7. Access & Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access Kajabi course materials and spreadsheets. Course access is hosted through Kajabi; Spreadsheet access is delivered via secure download.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment, you authorize Fundamenta Wellness, LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update course materials, modify delivery formats, or change pricing for future offers without prior notice. Current participants retain access to the materials available at the time of purchase.
